INDICATIONS
Biaxin is employed for treating infections due to certain bacteria. Biaxin is a macrolide antibiotic. It works by stopping the expansion of or killing sensitive bacteria by reducing the creation of important proteins needed by the bacteria to survive.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use Biaxin as directed because of your doctor.

STORAGE
Store Biaxin at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C), in the tightly closed container. Store far from heat, moisture, and light-weight. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Biaxin from the reach of children and from pets.

Abnormal taste; diarrhea; headache; indigestion; nausea; stomach discomfort; vomiting.

Severe allergy symptoms (rash; hives; itching; lack of breath; tightness within the chest; swelling from the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bloody stools; confusion; decreased urination; depression; emotional or mood changes; hallucinations; nightmares; severe diarrhea; severe stomach pain/cramps; trouble sleeping.
