INDICATIONS
Finast prevents the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in your body. DHT is active in the development of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Finast (Propecia) is employed for your treatments for male pattern hair thinning. Finast (Proscar) is employed to help remedy signs of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in males with an enlarged prostate.
Finast doubles for other purposes.
INSTRUCTIONS
Take medicines exactly as prescribed from your doctor. Do not take it in larger amounts and longer than recommended. Follow the directions on the prescription label.
Take this medicine using a full glass of water.
Finast may be taken with or without food. Take the medicine simultaneously daily.
To be sure prescription drugs is assisting your condition and not causing harmful effects, your blood should be tested often. Your doctor may also test out your prostate specific antigen (PSA) to check on for cancer of prostate.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature far from moisture, heat, and light. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
Finast won't be taken by the woman or possibly a child.To make sure you can safely take finast, educate doctor in case you have any of these other concerns:
liver disease, or abnormal liver enzyme tests;
cancer of the prostate;
a bladder muscle disorder;
stricture of your urethra;
if you are unable to urinate; or
for those who have ever had a hypersensitive reaction to some similar medicine called dutasteride (Avodart).
Using finast may enhance your probability of developing cancer of prostate.
