Reglan is used in short term management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in a few patients who don't respond to other therapy. It is utilized to treat symptoms of a certain digestive symptom in diabetic patients (diabetic gastroparesis). Reglan can be a gastrointestinal stimulant and antinauseant.
