Serophene (Clomiphene) stimulates the relieve hormones necessary for ovulation to happen.
Serophene is used to stimulate ovulation (the relieve an egg) every time a woman's ovaries can make a follicle but hormonal stimulation is deficient.

STORAGE
Store serophene at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Brief storage between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is permitted. Store from heat, moisture, and light-weight. Do not store within the bathroom. Keep Serophene out from the reach of kids and away from pets.

Serophene can be an ovulatory stimulant. It works by making an effort to produce more hormones that create your ovaries release a 1 or even more eggs.
Stop taking serophene and seek emergency medical assistance if you experience a hypersensitive reaction (breathlessness; closing of your throat; swelling of one's lips, tongue, or face; or hives).
The ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) has been reported that occurs in patients receiving clomiphene. Symptoms of OHSS include swelling of the hands or legs, abdominal pain and swelling, breathlessness, weight gain, and feeling sick. OHSS may be fatal. Notify your doctor immediately or seek emergency medical help if you develop some of these side effects.
Other unwanted effects can also occur. Notify your medical professional should you experience
ovarian enlargement presenting as abdominal or pelvic pain, tenderness, pressure, or swelling;
flushing;
nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea;
breast tenderness or discomfort;
blurred vision or other visual disturbances;
headache; or
abnormal uterine bleeding.
Serophene might increase the probability of multiple births. Multiple births may carry additional risk both for that mother and for the fetuses.
Side effects apart from those listed here may also occur. Talk to your medical professional about any side effect that seems unusual or which is especially bothersome.
Do not use Serophene if:
you are allergic to any ingredient in Serophene;
you are pregnant;
you have abnormal vaginal bleeding;
you have ovarian cysts (small growths on the ovaries) or enlargement not as a result of polycystic ovarian syndrome;
you have or have ever endured blockage of blood vessels (blood clots) within the legs, lungs, or another parts in the body;
you have liver problems, uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal gland problems, or a brain lesion (e.g., pituitary gland tumor) .
Contact your doctor or health care provider immediately if any of these apply to you.
Important safety information:
Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks unless you discover how you reply to it.
Enlargement of the ovaries may happen during or after that taking Serophene . Call your doctor should you experience any stomach or pelvic pain, fat gain, pain, or stomach enlargement or discomfort while taking Serophene.
